Travis received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS in 2005 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO in 2008. Throughout his career he has worked primarily in the outpatient orthopedic realm with a focus on both post-operative rehab and non-operative rehab of the spine, shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, and ankle/foot, as well as, chronic pain. He enjoys working with individuals of all ages in order to help them reach their goals and encourage them to live healthy and active lives with an emphasis on working with runners and cyclists. Travis completed the Functional Dry Needling - Level 1 coursework in 2014 and the Functional Dry Needling - Level 2 coursework in 2015. Since this time he as utilized Functional Dry Needling within his practice to help reduce pain and improve function for his patients. Because of the overall impact he has seen Functional Dry Needling have on his patient's over the years he pursued and completed the Functional Dry Needling Specialist Certification in 2022. Outside of the clinic Travis enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, getting into the great outdoors, running, cycling, mountain biking, and skiing.
